By accessing and using OERION's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of our robotics and automation solutions, including industrial clients, partners, and website visitors.

OERION provides comprehensive robotics and automation solutions for industrial manufacturing, including:

• Industrial Robotic Arms: Custom robotic arms for manufacturing and precision assembly tasks

• Industrial Automation: Complete automation solutions for manufacturing and production workflows

• RPA Solutions: Robotic Process Automation for business processes and administrative tasks

• Electronics & Control: Advanced control systems, sensors, and IoT integration solutions

• Repair & Maintenance: Professional maintenance services for robotic systems and industrial equipment

• R&D Services: Custom research and development for specialized automation needs

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

• Use our services only for lawful purposes

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Respect intellectual property rights

• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Follow safety protocols when using our robotic systems

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to:

• Robotic arm designs and specifications

• Automation software and algorithms

• Control system architectures

• Technical documentation and manuals

• Trademarks, logos, and branding materials

Are owned by OERION and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

OERION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• Business interruption or operational downtime

• Equipment damage not caused by our negligence

• Third-party claims or actions

• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We provide warranties and support for our robotics and automation solutions as follows:

• Hardware warranty: 12-24 months depending on the product

• Software support: Ongoing updates and technical assistance

• Maintenance services: Regular inspections and preventive maintenance

• Training: Comprehensive training for your technical staff

• Emergency support: 24/7 technical support for critical systems

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in İzmir, Turkey.
